We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team of subject matter experts on virtually all arts supplies and materials.
 
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by telephone and online channels.
 
Day to Day Duties: 
    •    Provide detailed product information to customers

    •    Accept new product orders and provide order status

    •    Monitor social media channels for activity relating to the brand and interact with customers to promote the brand


Requirements:
    •    Effective customer service techniques

    •    Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills – Including basic spelling and grammar

    •    Attention to detail, strong follow-up and organizational skills

    •    Ability to calm and diffuse sensitive customers

    •    Excellent time management skills

    •    An upbeat, team oriented attitude

    •    Willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment

    •    High School Diploma or GED required

    •    1-2 years related experience

    •    Preferential consideration to candidates with knowledge of arts & crafts, art supplies, or fine arts
