The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring the project engagement is well planned and delivered on time, on budget and to full scope requirements. You will partner with client services, strategists, UX and UI designers and technology engineers to create and execute a project plan and bring an exciting, memorable digital experience to life.

As Senior Project Manager you will attend client-facing meetings acting as the liaison between the client team and our internal project team. If you thrive in a fast pace and fun environment while keeping tabs on many tasks, then we want to hear from you!

  • Provide and support the overall vision for assigned clients while partnering with client services
  • Coordinate simultaneous efforts across multiple projects/teams for robust digital engagements
  • Responsible for scope and accurate financial management of the portfolio of projects to which you are assigned. This includes change mitigation and control.
  • Ability to adhere to variety of project deliverables not limited to digital that may include video production as well as print
  • Responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects at a time (within a given brand or client) or a singular, large scale or highly complex projects, and ensuring that these projects meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Interface heavily with senior marketing and executive management including technologists within the client to assure that the solution is understood and addresses the customer’s business requirements
  • Knowledge of and applicable experience with the full digital project lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Development) for large scale project initiatives while identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Ensure that the challenge and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team.
  • Authoring of Business Requirements may be required
  • Work independently, with minimal input from direct manager needed for job performance
  • Meet revenue and profit targets for the account
  • Provide leadership and support to all team members
  • Contribute to process and procedure improvements in conjunction with the project management discipline lead
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within a digital agency managing projects through the conceptual process to deployment for any digital touchpoint (including responsive web, native mobile/tablet, touch display, digital advertising)
  • Experience with creative asset design and marketing campaign execution
  • Possess knowledge of technical build for web-based implementations
  • Experience with Agile methodology ideal, but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising a plus
  • Experience managing and delivering complex service solutions to large companies with multiple constituents
  • Proven ability to grow accounts while partnering with client services
  • Ability to meet revenue, profit and performance goals
  • Strong understanding of digital agency services for both creative and technical solutions, and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation and leadership
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including presentations to senior-level executives
  • Experience in client services management and ability to conduct challenging conversations specific to your project(s) including risks, change control, financial management and timeline control
