The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring the project engagement is well planned and delivered on time, on budget and to full scope requirements. You will partner with client services, strategists, UX and UI designers and technology engineers to define and execute against scope while bringing an exciting, memorable digital experience to life.

As Project Manager you will attend client-facing meetings acting as the liaison between the client team and our internal project team. If you excel at herding cats and answering questions while keeping tabs on a number of tasks, then we want to hear from you!

  • Identify scope for small to medium sized projects while working with the discipline leads to validate level of effort and resource plan
  • Support the overall vision for assigned clients while partnering with client services
  • Coordinate simultaneous efforts across multiple projects/teams for digital engagements
  • Ability to execute successfully against a set of project deliverables on time and on budget
  • Interface with clients including marketing and technologists to assure that the solution is understood and addresses the customer’s business requirements
  • Knowledge of and applicable experience with the full digital project lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Development) for small to medium scale project initiatives while identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Ensure that the challenge and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team
  • Responsible for the accurate financial management of the portfolio of projects
  • Work independently, with minimal input from direct manager needed for job performance
  • Meet revenue and profit targets for the account in partnership with client services
  • Provide leadership and support to all team members
  • Contribute to process and procedure improvements in conjunction with the project management discipline lead
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience within a digital agency managing projects through the conceptual process to deployment for any digital touchpoint (including responsive web, native mobile/tablet, digital display, digital touch, digital advertising)
  • Possess knowledge of Application Development, Web Based and/or Out-of-the Box implementations
  • Experience with Agile methodology ideal
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising
  • Experience managing and delivering small to medium sized solutions to various industries
  • Proven ability to grow accounts while partnering with client services
  • Ability to meet revenue, profit and client satisfaction goals
  • Strong understanding of digital agency services and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated skills in ability to negotiate and ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including presentations to mid-level executives
  • Experience in client services management and ability to conduct challenging conversations specific to your project(s) including budget and timeline control
